Momentary
I like it when I’m sitting
in the grass by the tree
on a nice little hill
overlooking the hospital
and I’ve got my hand-rolled cigarettes
and a Diet Pepsi I paid for
and I’ve got my book on the Mayfair Witches
and I can see
people flashing in and out
and they’re all terribly
beautiful.
